      Supported Media Formats

      Images  

      • BMP, GIF, IFF, JPG/JPEG, PCD, PCX, PNG, Targa, Tiff and WMF.  
      • AnimGIFs are supported, but the color palette is only 256 colors.  
      • HTML5 animations will work as long as the web clip is not very large (1920x1080).  
      • Animated PNG is not supported.  
      • JPG and PNG are preferred 
        • JPG must be in the RGB color space. Do not use CMYK.  
        • PNGs with Bit Depth of 32 or PNG32 is supported (you can convert a PNG8 to PNG32 using tools like Photoshop)
      • PNG is better for line drawings, text, or anything where exact pixel replication matters, or something else, like a very small image.  

      Video  

      • File type: .mp4 (others accepted: .mov and .wmv)
      • Compression: h.264
      • Frame rate: 30fps (60fps not accepted)
