New Content Is Not Playing
Signet Engagement Platform is set up that way the content is being refreshed every 15 mins. If you’re still experiencing an issue please make sure Digital Signage is having a solid Network Connection. The following URL's need to be accessible thru ports 4030 and 8080:

There is a small Signet Box behind the screen. Please restart the box by pressing the power button. If you’re still experiencing an issue please submit your data to support@signet.tv.
