How to use Templates to create a Message.
Use templates to create a message and add it to your playlist.
1. Navigate to Media>Templates:
2. Next, select the checkbox next to the template you would like to use to create a new message, and click on "New Message":
3. Enter the text you would like to use as the message name.
4. Enter all the required fields and hit "Create".
5. This message will be available in the Media Repository under Content>Media like a regular media asset following Saving Changes.
6. Navigate to your playlist and click "Add Media". You should see the newly created message in the pop-up box.
7. Select the media item, add to playlist, and remember to hit "Save Changes" on the top right!
