      How to manage Briefing Experiences

      For BriefingSource clients, the functionality of the EXPERIENCES tab is now available.

      On the EXPERIENCES tab

      • You can add additional content for the Virtual Warmer
      • You can add Customer Media
      • You can add personalized Salutations
      • You can add briefing level Quick Links
      • You can control the phased behavior of the CE App

      To access the feature, Log into the CenterSuite Platform and select a briefing. From the Briefing Overview, select EXPERIENCES.
