What are the parameters for logos?

Format: PNG (24- or 32- bit) preferred, JPEGs of high quality, low or no compression can be used. (check out more details on PNG below!)

Size: Logos should be at least 300px. File sizes are normally limited to 5 MB.

Color Space: Logos should be of the RGB color space.

Logos with white background preferred.
You can tell it is a transparent background logo by noticing the background of the logo to have white and grey squares like the following:

PNG32 is used for high-quality images where file size is not important. It supports 24-bit color (8-bit red, 8-bit blue, 8-bit green) with another 8-bits for the alpha channel. This is true transparency.
Note: PNG8 images can be converted to PNG32 images using a tool like Photoshop, Figma, etc.
In Windows, you can show the see the difference by showing the file properties, go to Details, and look for Bit depth.
