Briefing Integrations 

Summary

The CenterSuite app pulls in a variety of information from BriefingSource such as: 

• Briefing/event name: App pulls in briefing/event name (Figure 1.1) for the app header (Figure 1.2) 

• Briefing date, time, and location: App leverages the date and times for knowing when the briefing is active and available (Figure 1.3-1.4) 
• Feedback questions per briefing: App pulls in the evaluation feedback questions per the briefing type that is setup and selected for this customer briefing (Figure 1.5). Feedback questions for external and internal attendees are pulled into the application per briefing as shown in Figure 1.6.  
• Agenda items: Agenda data along with descriptions and speakers in BriefingSource (Figure 1.7) are pulled into the app for the agenda section as shown in Figure 1.8.  
• Speakers: Speaker information for agenda items and the speaker tab are pulled from BriefingSource as shown in Figure 1.9. All confirmed speakers per agenda topic will be shown in the application with their headshot, name, title, and bio (Figure 1.10).
