Submitting Request from the Account

1. Open Power Platform Admin Center
2. Navigate to the app from the main dashboard.
3. Open Accounts tab
   
   
   
   
4. Open any Account from the list
5. Click on the “Request an Engagement” button in the header
   
   
   
   
6. Select opportunities and contacts related to the account, if needed.
   
   
   
   
7. Click on “Request an Engagement” button after adding all needed entities to the Request Completion Page.

      8.   Finish creating Request in the Nexus Engagement Hub

Submitting Request from the Opportunity

1. Open MS Dynamics 365.
2. Navigate to the app from the main dashboard.
3. Open Opportunities tab
   
   
   
   
4. Open any Opportunity from the list
5. Click on the 'Request an Engagement” button in the header
   
   
   
   
6. Select opportunities and contacts related to the account, if needed.
   
   
   
   
7. Click on “Request an Engagement” button after adding all needed entities to the Request Completion Page.
8. Finish creating Request in the Nexus Engagement Hub
