The Requester Permissions – Reschedule / Cancel Visits feature introduces configurable permissions that allow Admins to control whether Visit Owners can reschedule or cancel visits that are already Confirmed. This capability provides organizations with greater flexibility and governance over confirmed visit changes while ensuring that access is granted only where appropriate. Functional Summary
Previously, confirmed visits could not be modified by Requesters or Visit Owners once confirmation was completed.
With this update:
