This feature enables organizations to redirect users from the Nexus Engagement Hub to an external survey results system. Instead of relying solely on the internal survey experience, admins can configure a centralized external link that users are taken to when accessing survey results.
This enhancement provides flexibility to integrate with third-party survey platforms while ensuring a seamless user experience without disrupting the visit workflow.
Steps to Configure External Survey Integration

Navigate to Settings > Global Settings

Locate the Reporting section

Enable the toggle “Link to External System for Survey Results”

Enter the External System Link URL

Click Save
