Engagement Hub Release Notes | V 3.12 Dec 3, 2025
Key Enhancements
Manage Calendar Blocks for Attendees & Other Users

Event coordinators and admins, along with designated users such as exec admins, can now set personal calendar blocks on behalf of other internal attendees. This enhancement ensures accurate availability for executives and speakers without requiring them to manually manage their own calendars.
Highlights:
-
Authorized users can manage availability for others by creating personal calendar blocks directly from the monthly calendar view.
-
Calendar blocks can now be added for Attendees, not just users.
-
Time zone selection added to personal block modal for accurate scheduling.
-
Admins can delegate permissions for View only Users to manage other people’s personal calendar blocks (use case: exec admins)

Bug Fixes
-
Calendar Block Visibility: Resolved an issue where self-entered calendar blocks by speakers were not visible to administrators and briefing managers. All personal blocks now display correctly in both monthly and weekly calendar views.
-
Global Label Validation
Resolved an issue where users were able to save a Global Label with an empty name, creating an invalid configuration state. Users will now be required to enter a label name before saving. -
Alternate Date Time Duration Copying
Resolved an issue where the time duration in the Alt Date 1 and Alt Date 2 modals became misplaced when copying a visit. The correct time duration is now preserved, and users can expect accurate values to appear when selecting alternate dates.
Ms Dynamics - Bug Fixes
-
#1522 - Opportunity Category Mapping to Choice Fields
Resolved an issue where mapping Opportunity Category to a Dynamics Choice field caused a 400-validation error and prevented users from requesting an engagement. This mapping now saves correctly, and users can request engagements without interruption. -
#1534 - Team-Owned Account and Opportunity Prefill
Resolved an issue where Accounts and Opportunities owned by a Team did not pre-populate on the Request Completion Page and produced an error instead. These fields now prefill correctly, allowing users to complete visit requests without interruption.
