“Add from CRM” Now Connects to Microsoft Dynamics
The Add from CRM – Microsoft Dynamics integration allows BriefingEdge / Nexus Engagement Hub users to search for and add Customers (Accounts), Attendees (Contacts), and Opportunities directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 into a visit.
